Design and development of End of line & Inline automation testing machines for Manufacturing plants and is expected to be competent in the areas of electrical design, design and development control panel, PLC programming, component selection, SCADA programming, AutoCAD design, Communication protocols deployment, Safety system design as per UL/CE standards. In addition to the skills required for executing the currently active projects, this hire is expected to contribute towards our long-range plan of Connected Machines, IE 4.0, Plant automation, AI/ML initiatives

Responsibilities:

Design and development of electrical schematics using Auto CAD .

Do design calculations, selection of components and generate BOM for tester

Development of PLC program, Creation of test rules and test cases

Integration of UT software with tester hardware and validation Installation & Commissioning of testers at plants

Qualifications:

ME/BE degree in Engineering in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics

Key Competencies:

Experience in electrical architecture and control design for minimum 3-5 years.

Experience in the design and development of control panels for minimum 3-5 years.

Hands-on experience in Schematic and Harness design for minimum 3-5 years.

Hands-on experience in programming any one of the PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens) for a minimum of 3 years.

Hands-on experience in components selection (PLC, Circuit breakers, Relays, Protection devices, Transformers, Sensors, Hipot devices, power supply).

Hands-on Experience with using AutoCAD for panel layout and schematics.

Good understanding of safety and protection standards and their implementation.

Knowledge of Communication protocols (RS232, RS485, USB, Ethernet.

Hands-on experience in system integration and testing of Industrial Automation experience in system integration and testing of Industrial Automation.
