Inspire Brands is disrupting the restaurant industry through digital transformation and operational efficiencies. The company\xe2\x80\x99s technology hub, Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center, India, will lead technology innovation and product development for the organization and its portfolio of distinct brands. The Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will focus on developing new capabilities in data science, data analytics, eCommerce, automation, cloud computing, and information security to accelerate the company\xe2\x80\x99s business strategy. Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will also host an innovation lab and collaborate with start-ups to develop solutions for productivity optimization, workforce management, loyalty management, payments systems, and more.



EXPERIENCE:-

• Required Minimum:3 or more years experience in systems design and integration, and implementation / deployment of infrastructure and supporting applications. Experience with RTI, Altametrics, or similar back office system.
• Should be Strong in Labour Management & Inventory Management.
• Preferred: 3+ or more years experience in systems design and integration, and implementation / deployment of infrastructure and supporting applications.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES:

• Knowledge of restaurant infrastructure components and applications, including hardware, system and application software, and networking. Retail or restaurant business experience. Ability to maintain positive collaborative relationships with cross functional groups.
• Required competencies include Problem Solving/Decision Making, Organizing and Planning, Customer Orientation, Computer Skills, Learning Agility, Oral Communication, Written Communication, Results Orientation, Team Player.

RESPONSIBILITIES: (Top 5 should cover 80% of important Job functions)

• Develops and performs processes for implementation / deployment and documentation of restaurant solutions technologies, including hardware, software, and network infrastructures.
• Performs quality assurance processes and customizes software to ensure functionally superior systems are deployed into the production environment.
• Performs processes for maintenance, problem resolution, and backup and recovery for restaurant solutions technologies and underlying infrastructures.
• Performs troubleshooting and root cause analysis for issues within restaurant solutions, including hardware, software, and network infrastructures.
• Research hardware, software, and infrastructure technologies. Assists with the assessment of business needs and the development of solutions to ensure technology meets business needs.

• Assists with the development of technology point-of-views, standards, and roadmaps for the implementation of these technologies.
• Performs other job related duties as may be assigned or required.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:

• Required Minimum:College degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• To implement, maintain, and assist with the design of Corporate restaurant solutions Backoffice Altametrics , including hardware and software, which ensures high levels of systems availability and customer satisfaction, and optimal usage of hardware and software resources. This is achieved by monitoring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all Back Office Systems and associated software and hardware. The Sr. Engineer will apply proven communication analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve issues in order to maximize the benefit of IT systems investments
