Responsibilities / Tasks

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Engineer specializing in Automation to join our dynamic team. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in providing PLC and HMI software commissioning support for customer projects. The position requires flexibility and a willingness to travel within India and abroad to ensure effective software commissioning support.

Key Responsibilities:

PLC and HMI Software Commissioning:

Provide commissioning support for customer projects involving PLC and HMI software.

Configure customized software based on customer project requirements.

Program new functions to meet customer specifications.

Testing and Documentation:

Test software on simulators and in the lab to ensure functionality and reliability.

Create comprehensive documentation for designed software.

Collaboration and Alignment:

Read and review customer project documentation to understand requirements.

Work in alignment with the software engineering process in collaboration with Automation & Controls.

Your Profile / Qualifications

Skills Required - Automation:
Proficient in reading and reviewing customer project documentation.

Configuration of software and programming new functions.

Experience with Siemens PLC/HMI - TIA Portal V17.

Familiarity with Rockwell PLC/HMI \xe2\x80\x93 Studio 5000 V33.0, FactoryTalk View.

Knowledge of SEW servo drives \xe2\x80\x93 Movisuite standard.

Competence in Danfoss VFD \xe2\x80\x93 MCT 10 setup software V 5.50.

Exposure to ABB Robots \xe2\x80\x93 RobotStudio V22.3.

Additional Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Instrumentation Engineering.

2 to 4 years of relevant experience.

Willingness to travel within India and abroad for software commissioning support.
