Your key responsibilities

• End to end execution of performance activities inclusive of requirement gathering, workload modelling, preparation of test plan along with effort estimations, executions, analysis, recommendations
• Co-ordination with different stakeholders with regards to performance activities
• Mentoring team members
• Collect & analyze performance-specific non-functional requirements.
• Develop scripts and execute performance tests.
• Perform root cause analysis of performance problems and providing recommendations to fix the same.
• Verify stability of application/s in production through APM tools

Your skills and experience

• Years of Experience: 3 to 8
• Performance testing Tools: LoadRunner, Jmeter, Neoload
• Good knowledge on

• Identification & Troubleshooting of bottlenecks
• DB \xe2\x80\x93 writing SQLs, AWR, Query Plans, Analysis
• JVM \xe2\x80\x93 Analysis, Heap Memory, Garbage collection
• Linux server monitoring commands
• Exposure to one of the APM tools: Dynatrace, AppD, NewRelic
• Good to have

• Shell Scripting knowledge
• Java/ Python language
• VB scripting knowledge
• Must possess sound knowledge in Performance Testing methodologies and processes.
• Having exposure to various types of performance tests including load, stress, endurance, etc.
• Must have good analytical ability to resolve any issue.
• Should have the ability to use monitoring tools for performance analysis of applications/infrastructure and thereby identify bottlenecks and provide tuning recommendations.
• Experience in DB with writing SQLs, analyzing AWR report, Identify Db related issues.
• Having exposure in JVM monitoring\xe2\x80\x93 Analysis of Heap Memory, Garbage collection and Thread utilization.
• Having exposure to Linux server monitoring commands.
• Proactive, able to work independently and can take ownership of assigned performance delivery or aligned tasks.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
