Inspire Brands is disrupting the restaurant industry through digital transformation and operational efficiencies. The company\xe2\x80\x99s technology hub, Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center, India, will lead technology innovation and product development for the organization and its portfolio of distinct brands. The Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will focus on developing new capabilities in data science, data analytics, eCommerce, automation, cloud computing, and information security to accelerate the company\xe2\x80\x99s business strategy. Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will also host an innovation lab and collaborate with start-ups to develop solutions for productivity optimization, workforce management, loyalty management, payments systems, and more.



DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Acts as system admin for engagement system (Perceptyx).
  • Track data and pull reports from engagement system (Perceptyx), HRIS (Workday) and other sources to create dashboards and reports.
  • Provide support and tracking of focus groups and action plans.
  • Supports broader Talent initiatives in between survey activities.
  • Address troubleshooting/problem resolution issues as they arise.
  • Helps plan and execute survey projects through supporting the development and execution of key deliverables, timelines and monitoring.
  • Provide project management and administrative support, communications, facilitation of meetings, reporting and follow up activities for processes.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Min/Preferred: Preferred
  • Education Level: Tertiary, University degree
  • Description: Bachelor\'s Degree preferred
EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION:
  • 1-3 years experience in HR, Engagement, Talent Management or in Data Analysis & Visualization roles.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES:
  • Knowledge of engagement processes, preferred
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent project planning and management skills
  • Strong detail orientation for administrative and larger tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Data and visualization ability
  • Takes a guest-focused approach in attaining desired results
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously
  • Strong detail orientation for administrative and larger tasks
  • Workday and Microsoft Office experience strongly preferred, including intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Data visualization skills
