Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Energy Manager to oversee and optimize our organization's energy usage and efficiency. The Energy Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve energy conservation practices and ensure compliance with energy regulations. This role involves analyzing energy usage data, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability. The Energy Manager will collaborate with various departments to promote energy-efficient practices and technologies across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement energy conservation initiatives and programs.
• Monitor energy usage and performance metrics to track improvements and ensure targets are met.
• Ability to motivate team members and maintain high morale.
• Stay updated on energy regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.
• Compile information from team members and other sources to generate insightful reports on team performance, project status, and key metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to promote energy-efficient practices.
• Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members.
• Coordinate and prioritize team activities to ensure timely completion of projects and deliverables.
• Strong understanding of energy management systems, energy conservation techniques, and renewable energy technologies
• Problem-solving skills to address energy-related challenges and optimize systems
• Knowledge of sustainability practices and environmental management systems.

Educational Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Engineering in one of the following disciplines:

o Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE)

o Electronics and Communication Engineering (EC)

o Instrumentation Engineering

o Mechatronics Engineering

o Mechanical Engineering

Preferred:

MBA (Master of Business Administration)

Minimum 3 years of experience as team lead position in any sector.
