Energy Engineer

This is a full-time on-site Energy Engineer role based in Hyderabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with clients to assess and identify energy and sustainability needs, and recommending solutions to achieve optimal performance. The Energy Engineer will perform energy audits, energy modeling, energy simulations, design and operation of projects to optimize energy performance of energy systems within a facility. They will also support clients with the implementation and measurement of various energy efficiency and sustainability solutions.
•Required Qualifications•
•Soft skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving approach, highly organized, self-starter, attention to the details and being a team player are required for achieving customer success. Able to explain work summary clearly and comfortably to highly technical and non-technical audiences in an international work environment.•
•Technical Skills: Passion for energy systems and energy efficiency strategies. Must have at least 1 year of practical and relevant experience in any or combination of: energy modeling and energy management with basic knowledge of controls systems.•
•Analytical Skills: Modeling tools like various energy modeling softwares, building simple to complex energy models using Advanced Excel and other programs.•
•Education and Experience: o Recent M. Tech Degree (core engineering streams like Mechanical or Electrical graduates only). Candidates with prior professional or internship work experience will be given preference.•
