Job Title: Energy Analyst
Compensation: INR 55,000 to INR 60,000 gross per month.
Location: India
Work Type : Hybrid (2 days work from home)
Roles & Responsibilities
As an Energy Analyst you play a critical role in our ability to analyze energy data, propose efficiency measures, and optimize energy systems via industry leading proposals:
Drawing Review:
Review lighting and electrical drawings, ensuring a thorough understanding of all symbols.
Lighting Retrofit Proposals:
Generate Lighting Retrofit proposals using specialized software.
Utility Data Analysis:
Analyze electrical utility bills to identify opportunities for energy efficiency improvements.
Utility Rebate Management:
Manage utility rebate programs related to lighting projects.
Quotations and Proposals:
Prepare job audits, quotations, and proposal submittals.
Follow up on open quotations.
Project Management:
Manage the project pipeline and ensure timely completion of projects.
Product Catalog Management:
Maintain the Lighting & Controls product catalog.
Continuous Learning:
Stay updated on industry trends and enhance product knowledge to become a subject matter expert.
About You
Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in the electrical/lighting industry. Experience in lighting energy efficiency is preferred.
Qualification: Engineering degree (Electrical preferred).
Numerical Proficiency:
Comfortable with communicating numerical data and calculating figures such as discounts and percentages.
Knowledge of basic electrical parameters, including watts, energy, single-phase (1ph), three-phase (3Ph) voltage, and current. Ability to analyze electrical utility bills.
Professionalism:
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Attention to detail and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
Self-motivated and passionate about finding solutions using available resources.
Independence and Adaptability:
Thrives in a start-up environment and can work independently.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and technologies.
Technical Expertise:
Experience with lighting design software (e.g. DiaLux).
Experience in CAD design software.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Fluent in English.
