We see ourselves in the business of improving employee happiness instead of insurance and as such more an HR Tech company. Nova Benefits has been co-founded by Yash Gupta (IIT Delhi - Computer Science, Samsung Korea) and Saransh Garg (IIT Bombay, BCG, Accel, Y-Combinator). We are backed by top global and regional VC's such as Bessemer Venture Partners, SIG, Better Capital, Titan Capital and Multiply Ventures.

Roles & Responsibilities: * Email communications with clients and vendors.

• Follow-throughs with clients and vendors
• Be a jack of all trades: you will do anything needed to support the CX team in order to achieve team goals
• Facilitate training for all the relevant stakeholders
• Work closely with the internal team to build client friendly products
• Execute strategy and process implemented by the Founders and CX Heads.
