Responsibilities:
• Perform specialized endodontic treatments and procedures with precision and excellence.
• Lead and manage clinical operations, ensuring high standards of patient care and service.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans and oversee their implementation.
• Mentor and guide associate dentists, enhancing their clinical skills and professional growth.
• Collaborate with the team to meet clinic objectives and drive overall performance.
• Participate in and contribute to continuing education and training programs at Studio32 Academy.
• Engage in patient education, promoting oral health and preventive care.
Qualifications:
• MDS in Endodontics from a recognized institution.
• Proven experience in advanced endodontic procedures and clinic management.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and patient care abilities.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and education.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
