The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in video production, exceptional storytelling abilities, and the capability to juggle multiple projects at once.Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of video production, including pre-production, shooting, editing, and post-production.
• Conceptualize, plan, and execute video projects from start to finish.
• Work closely with the clients and the team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality content.
• Comprehensive reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage internal team and liaison proficiently with external vendors.
• Excellent communication and networking skills along with cognitive skills
• Understand Deloitte brand guidelines and meet the company's quality standards and client expectations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques into video projects.
• Employ generative AI tools for innovative experimentation in content creation

Requirements:

• 6 plus years of relevant experience with bachelor's degree.
• Team leadership skills
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of video production work.
• Proficient in MS office.
• Project management and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of the latest trends and techniques in video production.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• Knowledge of cinematography skills and editing would be a great add-on.

• Base location: Delhi
