The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality video content that aligns with our company\'s goals and objectives.Responsibilities:

• Good understanding of video production, editing, equipment, sound design, and software.
• Create shoot plans (liaison with client, book equipment, plan travel)
• Manage all aspects of video production, including pre-production, shooting, editing, and post-production.
• Create pre-produced content for events and during events (on ground production)
• Collaborative Spirit: Work seamlessly with all team members and production houses to deliver good quality content in tight timelines.
• Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest quality across script development, recording, sound design, and all production phases, ensuring constant excellence.
• Understand and work as per Deloitte brand guidelines.
• Employ generative AI tools for innovative experimentation in content creation

Requirements:

• 4 plus years of relevant experience with a bachelor\'s degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Cinematography skills and the ability to shoot with DSLR and video cameras would be beneficial.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar would be a great add-on.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Project management experience.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.

• Base location: Bangalore
