Job Title We are looking for female candidates with good to excellent communication skills ready to work in night shift. BPO background or EMR experience . Shift timings - 6pm to 3 am, 8pm to 5am, 10pm to 7 am ( Rotational Shifts) When the employee is working in 6 pm to 3 am shift, they will get home drop at 3:00am. The shift timings are subject to change on the monthly basis. Role Responsibilities: Respond to the physician issues and queries regarding the software workflow (this may include, but are not limited to, workflow issues, application errors, user access, etc.) Receive, analyse, and process the requests submitted via e-mail, Cases, and voice mails, inbound calls. Track, add the appropriate comments to, and close or escalate the tickets and related issues in a timely manner . Proactively manage the incident situations . Drive resolution of the support issues, incidents, and problems . Understand the latest configurations and changes of Prognocis. Participate in the development of knowledge management and training content Participate in change management processes and provide information on issues and workflows encountered by the service desk or received from client . Qualifications Requirements: Experienced in EMR Background includes workflows and functionality. Not limited to any particular modules or workflow. Clinical care delivery experience Implementation and Support . Good Communication and Team player. Demonstrates a service philosophy in all interactions with clinicians and colleagues . Experience in analysing quantitative and qualitative data . Experience in one or more of the EMR Application. Preferences : Experience in EMR system integration with other clinical systems .
