  • Develop Comprehensive Strategies: Create detailed, client-specific project plans and campaigns to enhance brand awareness across both online and offline channels.
  • Execute Marketing Campaigns: Run marketing campaigns within recruitment or talent management functions to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with Branding Teams: Work closely with the client\'s Employer Branding team to ensure consistent messaging across all markets and audiences.
  • Measure and Report: Provide regular reports showing the return on investment (ROI) for activities to boost talent attraction and brand awareness.
  • Manage Budgets: Oversee budget management for large, complex projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Create Engaging Content: Deliver compelling, visually appealing, and engaging content that displays the client\'s culture, products, and performance in the global marketplace.
  • Oversee Multiple Projects: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, collaborate across matrixed resources, and balance various key stakeholders, adjusting to changing dynamics as needed.
  • Identify and Address Gaps: Analyze each region to identify gaps in brand awareness and collaborate with the team to close them.

Professional Experience, Qualifications, and Skills
  • Employer Branding Strategy: Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing an end-to-end Employer Branding strategy.
  • Marketing Function Experience: Worked as part of a larger marketing function, preferably across the APAC region.
  • Channel Versatility: Experience with a variety of offline channels and marketing onsite and offsite events.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written, communication, and creative thinking skills.
  • Content Management: Proven ability to implement a content editorial calendar to manage content publishing schedules and deliver timely marketing campaigns.
  • Creative Collaboration: Ability to partner with agencies, creative teams, and client marketing decision-makers to produce innovative campaigns.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to use both data and intuition to inform and make decisions.
  • Social Media Expertise: Extensive knowledge of social media channels and best practices, including market and competitive trends.
  • Location Flexibility: Able to commute to the office located in Pune/Chennai.
