You will play a critical role in the Talent Acquisition function, partnering with the business and HR leaders to build and execute the global go-to-market strategy and increase the visibility of the Aptiv Brand. You will report to the Global Employer Branding Director to align on the strategy and you will be in constant contact with the Talent Acquisition team to understand the recruitment needs and drive campaigns accordingly.

You own your daily schedule and how you are going to deliver on designated goals. Here are your key areas of responsibility:
Build a strong employer brand on a local level that will help us develop talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs as well as support the derivation to the local/country level;
Watch for trends to refine our sourcing and attraction strategies and watch data to understand what resonates with candidates;
Work with the Corporate team to establish and develop a solid connection with professionals\xe2\x80\x99 networks and business associations in India in order to showcase Aptiv as an employer of choice;
Ensure a high-quality and consistent approach at each touchpoint on the candidate journey, including providing training and mentorship to recruiters and hiring managers;
Support internal and external initiatives (meetups, job fairs, social campaigns, etc.) in collaboration with the local Internal Communication Manager;
Demonstrable experience in effective communications, within complex organizations;
Excellent oral and written communication skills;
Experience managing employer branding across multiple business disciplines;
Excellent project management skills combined with customer focus and delivery of results
