We're looking for an

Employee Transport Services Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily employee transport operations and ensure timely and safe transportation. Coordinate with drivers, vehicle maintenance teams. Maintain and update transportation schedules and routes. Address any transport-related concerns from employees, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Track transport expenses, manage budgets, and optimize resources. Provide reports on transport service performance and suggest improvements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Proven experience in logistics, transport management, or customer service. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to resolve conflicts and handle emergencies effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and basic transport management software. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
