About The Role



G2.com is looking for an Employee Success Coordinator (Associate Generalist) to join our employee success team. Your role will be responsible for the tactical/day to day HR support for the people related operations in the region (India and Singapore). Reporting to the Sr Manager, Employee Success, this role will partner with the ES Generalist & BP, Talent Acquisition partners and the Office Manager to execute the day to day activities for all people and office related processes. This role is based out of Bengaluru. We are excited to offer a hybrid work environment for our employees, 2 days per week in office are expected.


In This Role, You Will:


•Responsibility Area: • People Operations


• Process employee requests for data updates in HR information systems. It will include data elements for onboarding, emergency contacts, teams, reporting structure changes, etc (excluding pay data).
• Maintain employee files and their documents.
• Help new joiners onboard and serve as a point of contact for all Employee Success-related concerns.
• Complete offboarding processes for terminations, including drafting separation agreements or any other necessary documentation as needed.
• Generate letters of employment, experience & employment verification, travel visas, and other documents upon request from employees.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of employee data in HR systems, following up with employees to verify information, and correcting any mistakes found.
• Respond to employee questions and inquiries related to leaves of absence, benefits, and policy including inquiries through the ES inbox and in person.
• Assist with payroll processing for the India and Singapore teams.
• Generate basic MIS reporting for headcount, completion status for training and mandatory programs, or other ad-hoc requirements.


•Responsibility Area: • Employee Experience


• Plan and send communication and reminders to India employees for local meetings, events and sync weeks.
• Coordinate with global team on any India-related specific communication
• Organize, coordinate or support events as part of the APAC Events calendar, working with the workstream leads in India.
• Work with the Office Manager on arranging logistics for the event (gifts, swag, etc).
• Assist with the creation and theming of VOE and QER slides on a quarterly basis.


•Responsibility Area: • Talent Acquisition


• Support the talent acquisition team in candidate screening from inbound applicants.
• Coordinating interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers or interview panelists.
• Facilitate document collection from selected candidates, and respond to any candidate queries.
• Support the TA team with the internship hiring process.


•Responsibility Area: • Office Operations


• + Manage daily operations of the office including tasks like overseeing maintenance requests, ensuring functionality of equipment, and managing inventory of supplies.
+ Oversee guests including badging and record keeping, addressing any concerns they may have and helping with logistics.
+ Assist the Office Manager with any major events planning and execution.
+ Coordinate with vendors for products and services requested by employees. It'll include identifying and researching vendors for various needs including print needs, catering, other office requests.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition operations
• Ability to interface at all levels of the organization with solid execution skills
• Curious problem solver, well-organized, and a good communicator
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment with high volume workload and strong deliverables
• Ability to operate flexibly with changing needs of the organization
• Confidence to deal with vendors & partners for products & services


What Can Help Your Application Stand Out:


• Experience working in a support center or operations team.
• Proficient with Gsuite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Sheets), ZenDesk, ATS and HRIS systems.
