Job Summary:
Talent Services (TS) is a core service function within Global Delivery Services (GDS) - Enablement Services, providing multiple HR support services including recruitment support, on boarding support, core HR support, learning administration support, performance management support, CBTS, Mobility admin, HR Systems support etc. to EY member firms. Talent Services provides services to countries, sub-areas, areas and global people teams and other EY stakeholders. These services are delivered from our centers in Dalian, China; Bangalore, Trivandrum & Cochin, India; Wroclaw, Poland and Manila, Philippines.
A Virtual Talent Hub (VTH) is EY\'s extended delivery model for high quality skills and competencies delivered virtually. A hub can cut across service line and regions, delivering non repetitive project-based work through skilled agile teams. VTH personnel are employed by Global Delivery Services (GDS) and funded by regions based on usage. VTH works in a fully integrated way with onshore colleagues, participating in meetings, projects, and planning activities as part of one team.
The Employee Listening Operations team works closely with our Area, service line and Region Talent teams to manage the design, development and deployment of Talent programs and projects across EY. This includes a mix of one-off projects and also annually recurring programs and projects that accelerate our Talent agenda and the help to enable exceptional experiences for EY people across the globe.
The delivery of this strategic work is enabled by a wide range of operational and transactional activities by our Operations team. The Employee Listening Operations Senior Associate will play a key role in delivering key elements of these projects, along with acting as an assistant to the Supervising Associate, including managing stakeholders, coaching and developing team members, supervising work and ensuring high quality delivery of our processes.

Key Responsibilities:
The operation\'s senior associate will work on both planned and on-request operations and transactional activities as they arise. The role will cover projects spanning a wide range of topics including:
- EY People Pulse - EY\'s quarterly survey that measures the engagement and key experiences of our people enabling critical organizational insights through data and analytics
- Employee listening - implementation and continuous improvement of EY\'s Talent survey and experience insights programs through Qualtrics
