Business DivisionsInvestment BankYour roleRoles Description & ResponsibilitiesTAFT Operations is responsible for drafting and executing the International Uniform Brokerage Execution Services (\xe2\x80\x9cGive-Up\xe2\x80\x9d) Agreements both electronically and as paper copies. The team ensures to coordinate with internal legal team, Client, External brokers to ensure to have regular follows with respect to executing the Give up agreements.You will be responsible to Initiate three party four/party agreements in DOCs and take the complete ownership on execution of these agreements.
Regular interaction with ETD front office/sales teams
Regular meeting with different counterparties to ensure smooth execution of all the agreements.
Convert rate card provided by sales into electronic rates and upload in DOCs
Understand the legal language updated in Docs by clients/counterparties and take necessary actions.
Interact with internal teams like instruments, commission, Brokerage, Clearing and other operation groups to resolve any commissions/Docs GUA issues.
Take primary ownership of Execution Only accounts set up related to agreements and work closely with multiple teams.
Add/delete relevant accounts in Docs as & when an agreement gets executed/deleted.
Proactively work on in-pipeline agreements to get them executed on DOCs to achieve the best scorecard to set the standard at Industry level.
Focus on Continuous Improvements and create efficiency.
Work on improving client satisfaction ratings.

Strong knowledge on Exchange Traded Derivatives products.
Interest in Banking and Financial markets.
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts is an added advantage.
Confident spoken and written English.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing responsibilities, work under pressure, meet challenging deadlines and capability to build and maintain effective business relationships.
Strong analytical and technical skills, especially the use of MS Office Excel.
