Key Responsibilities:

• Recommends programs and strategies to deploy community based cultural initiatives.
• Support in creating compelling experiences to all FlyMates, in order to increase engagement and participation
• Executes assessment plans to gauge progress toward cultural goals, and the impact of past and current cultural interventions.
• Supports in designing and implementing Experience Frameworks
• Propose, plan and manage events (corporate and social) and other initiatives to keep our FlyMates connected and engaged in a Hybrid-model work environment (For both, our remote Flymates and at the office)
• Collaborate with People Team and leadership to integrate cultural initiatives into the company's overall strategy and operations.
• Develops communication materials to promote employee engagement programs and initiatives.
• Supports establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of employee engagement programs. Tracks and analyzes relevant metrics to assess program impact and makes data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct assessments and surveys to gauge employee satisfaction and cultural health.
• Design and deliver training programs on topics such as diversity, equity, inclusion, and cultural sensitivity.
• Organize and promote events that celebrate diversity and foster a sense of community.
• Monitor cultural trends and best practices to continuously improve cultural initiatives.
• Act as a liaison between employees and management to address cultural concerns and suggestions.
• Champion a culture of respect, transparency, and collaboration across the organization.
• Manages Flywire vendor relationships (Food, Catering. Swag, Maintenance)
• Handle day-to-day operations and serve as the first point of contact for client service requests and facility-related issues.
• Supports making sure that the office space -- with all its facilities -- meets the employees' needs.
• They're the Voice of the Staff When Major Workplace Investments Are Being Considered



Qualifications Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Sociology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred but not required.
• Proven experience (2 years) as a Culture Specialist, Diversity and Inclusion Specialist, or similar role within HR.
• Understanding of organizational culture dynamics and best practices.
• Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and their application in the workplace.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs and workshops.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about promoting a positive work environment and employee well-being.
