Your role will be pivotal in enhancing employee experience through the application of design thinking methodologies, thoughtful analysis, and strategic action plans.You are expected to bring a strong blend of expertise in employee experience design and data analytics. By utilizing design thinking to map employee journeys and address experience derailers, you will contribute to creating a superior and engaging work environment. Your efforts will be focused on translating employee feedback into actionable insights, driving impactful changes, and fostering a thriving workplace.Success in this role will be measured by the seen and felt improvements in employee experiences and the effectiveness of the initiatives you implement. Your ability to deliver personalized and strategic solutions that address specific employee needs will be crucial in achieving these goals. Your commitment to continuously enhancing the employee journey will help ensure that our organization remains a place where every employee can excel.Key Responsibilities: * Employee experience design :

  • Utilize design thinking methodologies to map employee journeys and identify experience de-railer across employee lifecycle
  • Conduct empathy mapping and user research to gain insights into employee needs and experiences, ensuring that solutions are tailored to address specific issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-create initiatives to improve overall experience.
  • Design and prototype innovative solutions based on employee feedback
  • Program manage on ground deployment of the solutions and oversee adoption and measure impact
  • Data Insights and Analysis:
  • Leverage the employee listening tool to extract and analyse data insights.
  • Draw actionable insights from employee feedback and survey results.
  • Present findings to stakeholders to inform decision-making and action plans.
  • Custom Survey Design:
  • Partner with business units to identify specific listening needs and tailor survey design accordingly.
  • Customize and deploy surveys to meet the diverse requirements of various employee groups.
  • Action Plan Development and Implementation:
  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop strategic action plans based on employee feedback and insights.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of targeted initiatives to address identified areas for improvement.
  • Monitor progress and drive the successful completion of action plans, ensuring accountability and effectiveness
Qualifications: * Education and Experience:
  • MBA in Human Resources with 3-5 years of experience in employee experience, engagement, HR business partnering, or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated success in driving action plans to completion.
  • Experience with employee listening or survey tools, preferably Amber.
  • Skills and Competencies:
  • Empathetic and able to relate to employee concerns with a genuine interest in enhancing their experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and connect with all stakeholders
  • Proactive and hands-on approach with a successful track record in driving initiatives and ensuring effective execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply design thinking to complex challenges and develop innovative solutions.
  • Keen eye for identifying and implementing process improvements within the employee experience framework. Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw meaningful insights from data.
  • Proven experience in driving action plans to completion, demonstrating accountability and results-oriented focus.
QualificationsFull time 2-year MBA in HRWork Experience from 0 to 3 years.
