Recruitment, Joining Formalities Handling Employee Database Leave and Attendance Management Handling Payroll Handling Advance Salary and Bonuses Confirmation Performance Appraisal Exit Interviews Full and Final Settlement Liaison with the concerned departments and officials for ESI, PF Employee Engagement Should be good with Labor Laws. Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in the HR Department of Retail / Restaurant Chains. Responsible for the HR activities for the Restaurant Branches Requirements Graduation is a must. MBA in HR would be preferred. Prior HR experience in the Retail or Restaurant industry is mandatory. Good communication skills.
