The newly established function, Yara AgTech, will lead the transformation towards more sustainable and efficient food production, by innovating our offering and the way we work.

Responsibilities

This role will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of employee engagement strategies that promote a positive and productive work environment, improve employee satisfaction and retention, and promote a strong organizational culture. They will work collaboratively with other members of the Learning & Development, HR and leadership teams to execute engagement initiatives and programs that align with the company\'s values and goals.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement strategies and projects that align with company goals and values.

Assist to analyze employee survey data and other feedback to identify trends and areas of improvement.

Generate and present out of the box ideas to address identified areas of improvement and monitor progress.

Plan and manage implementation timeline.

Support program lead to execute employee engagement initiatives and programs, including survey data, focus groups, and feedback mechanisms.

Assist in the coordination of recognition and reward programs that motivate and retain employees.

Plan and execute of events and activities that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and trends related to employee engagement.

Assist with other Change Experience or HR-related tasks as needed.

Profile

Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.

Ability to analyze data and identify trends.

Exhibit strong rational thinking and ability to share ideas in a structured and logical way.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Preferably experience in employee engagement project management (either learning and development, career progression, culture) or a related field.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and different time zones.

Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.

Knowledge of industry best practices and trends related to employee engagement.
