Job Description
Candidates must be from " Bandel , Pandua , Chinsurah, Magra , Chandannagar , Serampur " Locations.
Responsibilities
• Design lesson plans
• Motivation and Encouragement of the Team
• Prepare a slideshow presentation detailing a new process or skill
• Host a workshop for employees to discuss workflow changes
• Create counseling sessions for employees to provide additional training
• Facilitate new hire orientations and discuss skills needed for a job
Requirements
- Have good communication skills, basic digital skills
- Have attention to detail, be adaptive
- Have willingness to learn, be able to grasp concepts fast and is creative with teaching practices and likes sharing back their learning with others
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
