Emergency Medical Technician – (emt)/paramedic
Job Description
Qualification : Bachelors in Emergency/Trauma care/Critical care/Nursing, GNM
Experience : 2+ years in handling emergency
Location : INDIA
We are looking for disciplined and dynamic personnel to work as Paramedics on site and in Critical Care Ambulances. The medical technician should have good knowledge in emergency medical care. He should be able to work with doctors as a part of the team.
Job Responsibility
• Should be able to attend to emergency call and provide prompt emergency care including BLS, ACLS, and ITLS
• Transport the patient safely in the ambulance
• Maintain and update record of the patient
• Keep up medical equipment & inventory maintenance
• Share essential information regarding incidents through documentation
• Maintain a safe a work environment and identify safety hazards
• Perform miscellaneous functions as required
Key Skills Required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and ITLS certification required
• Consistently practice safe work habits including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), lifting and reporting unsafe situations.
• Ability to act as a first responder to medical emergencies
• Should be comfortable leading the scene
• Strong written/verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle conflict situations professionally
• Must be able to work flexible schedule
