embedded Technical Consultant

The embedded Technical Consultant is a key player in the relationship with customers and has a direct responsibility in addressing technical specifications related to eSIM

Responsibilities:

• Main technical entry point to assigned customers for all eSIM technical needs.

• Analyze and/or advise customers on their requirements

• Translate customer requirements into internal specification.

• Coordinate implementation of customer requirements with transversal teams, from software development throughout production set-up to allow orders to be processed

• Post-sales support to customer for troubleshooting.

Skills:

• To be equipped with experience of smartcard industry.

Education:

• MSc in Electronics, Telecommunication, Computer Science

• Fluency in English.

• Computer programming language (Java or C/C++)
