About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Design, develop, and test embedded systems and electronic circuits
2. Create and maintain firmware for microcontrollers and other embedded devices
3. Develop and execute comprehensive testing protocols to ensure product reliability and performance
4. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and firmware issues
5. Document design processes, test results, and system specifications
6. Apply circuit design skills
7. Utilize familiarity with digital and/or analog electronics
8. Implement control algorithms with hands-on knowledge in designing controllers and sensor interfacing

Other requirements
1. Basic proficiency in prototyping and debugging electronic hardware
2. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
3. Experience with CAD tools such as Fusion 360, Altium, or Eagle PCB (preferred)
4. Prior project experience with PID, Predictive Control, and Machine Learning
5. Experience with microcontroller architectures, including ARM and AVR
6. Strong understanding of electronic circuit design and simulation tools (e.g., Altium, Eagle)
7. Familiarity with communication protocols such as I2C, SPI, UART, and CAN

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (\xe2\x82\xb9 1000 per design).
