Schneider Electric has an exciting opportunity to join our team in Innovare, Bangalore to join as a Continuous Integration Leader (CI/CD) to manage executions of our R&D projects and platforms in digital connectivityWe are looking for highly motivated individual who has ability to work in new technologies, platform development, well-rounded professional who is keen on solving difficult problems.This position implies the following responsibilities and tasks/activities:

• Responsibilities:

o Continuous Integration process,
o Monitor Quality of embedded software components
o Respect and quality of Our development processes.

• Tasks/Activities:

+
o Delivery of teams work and integration activity,
o Tools management and New tools development
o Hardware platform management,
o Internal Customer project support to access our source code and tools,
o Monitor and improve the quality of components/tools,
o Monitor and improve the delivery processes.Skills
The following qualifications are expected for this position:

• Domains of expertise:

+ Development tools,
+ Continuous Integration,
+ Quality management.

• Tools and environment working knowledge on:

+ Configuration management (GitHUb, SVN)
+ Continuous Integration using Jenkins, Azure Pipelines.
+ static code analysis (klocwork),
+ maintainability tool,
+ Unit test (Parasoft C++ test, GTest CPP Unit), IDE (Eclipse, IAR, GCC), review (Collaborator)
+ JFrog and others

• Software: 5+ years of scripting Python, Perl/Ruby, bash is must
• Knowledge on programming using C++, Java for embedded Systems
• Competencies and skills: sociable, autonomous, responsible/accountable, strength of convincing and involving, ability to formalize and popularize, problem solving with pragmatic attitude, strong team spirit.
• Working knowledge on CI/CD in Cloud technologies is plus

QualificationsProfile and Qualification

• Experience: >6 years with a significant experience in Continuous Integration management and Quality
• Education Level: Bachelor\'s Degree in engineering or MCA
• Languages: English (advanced).
