• Circuit Design: Design and develop electronic circuits for various instruments and control systems.
• Circuit Testing: Test and validate the designed circuits to ensure they meet the required specifications.
• BOM Preparation: Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) for prototypes and production units.
• Embedded Software Development: Develop and implement software for embedded systems.
• Software Testing and Debugging: Test and debug embedded software to ensure reliability and performance.
• System Testing: Conduct comprehensive system testing to verify the functionality and performance of the complete instrument.
• Production Support: Provide support during the production phase to ensure seamless manufacturing processes.
• Field Support: Offer technical support in the field to address any issues related to the instruments.
• Application Understanding: Understand the application of instruments or electronic control circuits in various industries.
• Design Logic and Prototyping: Develop design logic and prepare prototype BOMs.
• Debugging MCU Circuits: Debug microcontroller circuits to achieve desired results.
• Sensor Interfacing: Interface various I2C, SPI, and USART sensors.
• Data Logging: Log data to I2C EEPROMs like AT24C256.
• Microcontroller Familiarity: Work with Atmega Series and STM32 series microcontrollers.
• PCB Design: Design dual-layer PCBs and coordinate with the mechanical team to ensure proper fitting and fabrication from third-party vendors.
• R&D and Production: Responsible for research, development, and production of related instruments.
