Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• Experience in software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.
• Working knowledge of various Agile techniques such as user stories, continuous integration
• Experience of Automotive system and component design, test & production delivery.
• Batchelors Degree in Computer Science / Electronics Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in domain of product engineering and development and system management utilising all the key attributes, with a demonstrable record of delivery of the accountabilities
• Experienced designing embedded firmware in C, C++, MBD and Autosar
• Experienced programming real-time embedded hardware for communication protocols such as Ethernet,TCP/IP, LAN, Wifi, Bluetooth, USB and CAN for connected, IoT products.
• Programming experience with 8,16 and 32 bit microprocessors and/or microcontrollers
• Experience of embedded Real Time Operating systems (RTOS), like uC/OS2, FreeRToS, RTX and its applications.
• Experienced designing, supporting, testing and development software for PC and Server based systems, such as C#, Java, Python, html/CSS, Java script
• Understanding of SQL database queries to support above development;
• Communicates easily at the technical and non-technical level

• Managing your team's technical deliverables, planning, reporting on progress and providing expert knowledge in Electrical Vehicle Components
• Ensuring on time delivery and working to the highest standards possible
• Involve working across technical specialists, adopting new processes and acting as the main point of contact for your specialisation area
• System Delivery including design, release, development and validation plans
• Experience of new technology integration / development for EV Components line DC-AC Inverter/DC-DC Converter/On Board Charger
• Ensure First Time Right deliverable
Purpose of this Role:
• Leadership for all Automotive Project Leaders to ensure projects are delivered- on time, on budget and to specifications. Seeks to drive continuous improvement in technology, engineering and delivery.
• To Lead Power Electronics, and Electrical System Integration projects within the Electrical Engineering (EE) Department
• Planning, monitoring and control of all traditional / Electrical vehicle component development projects to guarantee maximum cross programme synergies, efficient use of resources and optimised profits.
• Working within, and influencing, the new product development Automotive department responsibilities collectively deliver customer's specification targets.
• Design, test, support and debug new electronic control system products with team of engineers and contribute subject matter and technical expertise to develop products used in Automotive Applications
