Position: International Chat Support Representative

Salary: ?32,750 CTC

Shift Timing: Full rotational shifts

Cab Facility: Available for female candidates within the window of 8 AM to 8 PM only

We are looking for an enthusiastic and technically skilled individual to join GoDaddy's International Chat Support team. As a Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for assisting international customers through live chat, resolving queries, and providing solutions related to GoDaddy products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries through live chat and provide timely and accurate responses.

Assist with technical troubleshooting and support for GoDaddy services.

Requirements:

Any graduate with a technical background or knowledge.

Ability to work in a full rotational shift schedule.

Female candidates can avail of the cab facility within the 8 AM to 8 PM window.

Skills & Qualifications:

Technical knowledge related to GoDaddy products is preferred.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.
