Job Description

• Respond to customer inquiries and support requests via email in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to products or services by following company protocols.
• Provide clear and concise instructions, explanations, or solutions to customer problems.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by offering personalized and empathetic responses.
• Document customer interactions in our CRM system and ensure all information is accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
• Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and updates to provide accurate information.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and quality goals as set by the department.
• Stay updated on company policies, changes, and industry best practices.

Pay: ?11,467.52 - ?15,000.00 per month
