• Sort and categorize emails based on urgency and priority.
• Respond to routine inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Flag and escalate important or complex emails to relevant departments or personnel.
• Communication Support:
• Draft, proofread, and send clear and concise email responses.
• Ensure all email correspondence follows the company's tone, style, and branding guidelines.
• Assist in drafting emails for internal communication, newsletters, or announcements.
• Customer and Client Interaction:
• Respond to customer or client inquiries, ensuring all questions are addressed promptly and accurately.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all email interactions.
• Track client requests and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaboration with Teams:
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
• Assist in setting up meeting schedules and reminders via email.
• Manage email-related documentation, including saving important correspondence for reference.
• Organizational Efficiency:
