• Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• ??Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and matching them with appropriate services
• Handle and escalate complex inquiries or complaints to ensure timely resolution
• Identifying areas of improvement in the customer service process and providing feedback to the management team

Requirements

• Fresher candidates are most welcome for this opportunity
• Age Limit upto 28 years
• Must speak Hindi,English preferred
• Minimum Qualification 12th Pass
• Excellent communication skills
• Immediate joiners will be preferred
• Customer-focused attitude

Pay: ?14,995.65 - ?18,637.30 per month
