Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Communication:
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email, providing accurate and prompt information regarding gemstone products, pricing, order status, and other related inquiries.
• Ensure all email communications are clear, polite, professional, and on-brand.
• Order Management:
• Assist customers with order-related queries, including order status, shipping, returns, and cancellations.
• Coordinate with the relevant departments (production, logistics, inventory) to resolve issues related to orders or products.
• Provide detailed information about gemstone products, including their origin, quality, certifications, and manufacturing process.
• Assist customers in selecting products based on their specific needs (e.g., specific gemstones, colors, cuts, etc.).
• Handle customer complaints or issues related to products, shipping, or service, ensuring resolution in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Education
• Bachelor's degree
