Key Responsibilities:
• Email Support:
• Respond to customer queries and issues promptly and professionally via email.
• Resolve technical, billing, product, or service-related inquiries effectively and accurately.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor throughout all customer interactions.
• Provide clear and concise instructions or solutions to customers.
• Excel Data Management:
• Utilize Excel to track customer interactions, organize data, and generate reports.
• Analyze customer feedback and data trends using Excel formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets for internal reporting purposes.
• Assist with the creation of customized customer reports or summaries.
• Communication:
• Effectively communicate with customers, team members, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Translate complex issues into simple language for customers.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless and effective communication across the company.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Accurately document all customer interactions and provide detailed feedback to the relevant teams.
• Assist in compiling regular performance reports using Excel data.
• Excellent written communication skills with an ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
• Strong attention to detail in email communication, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Excel Skills:
Freshers Can Also apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas.
• Ability to generate, manipulate, and interpret data from Excel.
