Designation - Customer Service Associate
Roles & Responsibility:
Handling customer queries via emails
Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Key skills required:
Good English verbal & written communications skills
Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills.
Good interpersonal skills
Education & Experience: Any Graduate with min 1 yr of Experience in email process in banking sector (on paper)
Working location: Tech Mahindra Ltd. Chandivali
Work from office
Shift Timing: 8am-11pm any 10 hours for Male
8am - 8pm any 10hrs for Female
