Location: Surat, Gujarat Experience: Fresher/Experience Can Apply Qualification: Min Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree Timing:
- 11:30 am to 9:30 pm (Day) (6 Days a Week)
- 9:30 pm to 7:30 am (Night) (6 Days a Week)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Fluent English Speaking is Mandatory.
- Good Communication Skills.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Working response through phone-calls or e-mails.
- To perform the quality checks of clarify incidents ensuring the updates are done as per the customer and service excellence expectations, ensuring templates are followed.
- Maintain / Update Weekly report.
- Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications
- Develop and maintain customer service standards, policies, and procedures.
- To update and prepare summary incident reports on critical/complex/Major incidents suitable for internal and external management review.
