Job Title: Email Outreach Executive

Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Email Outreach Executive to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. This position is perfect for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a keen understanding of email marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Email Campaign Management:

• Develop and execute targeted email outreach campaigns to potential investors and stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of email campaigns to ensure high engagement and conversion rates.

Communication and Reporting:

• Draft, proofread, and refine email content for clarity, accuracy, and impact.
• Maintain detailed reports on email campaign performance and investor interactions.

Data Management:

• Manage and update our comprehensive investor database.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity for effective outreach.

Collaboration and Support:

• Work closely with the marketing and investor relations teams to align email strategies with overall company goals.
• Provide support in developing and refining outreach strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of email marketing and outreach strategies.
• Excellent command of English, both in speaking and writing.
• Proficient in email marketing tools and CRM systems.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
