Job Description

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to lead email marketing campaigns for our luxury resort. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful email campaigns that drive bookings and revenue. This role requires a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, content creation, and content management systems. Excellent writing and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and implement email marketing strategies to promote resort services, special offers, and packages.
• Segment email lists and personalize messaging based on guest preferences and behaviors.
• Create engaging and informative email content, including newsletters, promotional emails, and triggered campaigns (e.g., abandoned cart, post-stay).
• Manage email marketing calendar and ensure timely deployment of campaigns.
• A/B test email subject lines, content, and calls to action to optimize performance.
• Content Creation & Management:
• Write compelling email copy that adheres to the resort's brand voice and style guidelines.
• Source and edit high-quality images and videos for use in email campaigns.
• Manage email templates and ensure they are mobile-responsive and visually appealing.
• Work with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels.
• Analysis & Reporting:
• Track and analyze key email marketing metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversions).
• Prepare regular reports on email campaign performance and provide insights to improve future campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date on email marketing trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role, preferably in the hospitality or luxury travel industry.
• Strong understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
• Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?32,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
