Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and creative Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is a work-from-home position suitable for 12th pass candidates with good communication skills. Both experienced professionals and freshers are welcome to apply. The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our email marketing strategy to drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Development: Create, manage, and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, product announcements, and automated email sequences.
• Content Creation: Develop compelling email content that aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with our target audience.
• Segmentation and Personalization: Utilize customer data to segment email lists and personalize email content to enhance engagement and conversion rates.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of email marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Sendinblue, HubSpot) is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Minimum educational qualification of 12th pass with good communication skills.
• Freshers are welcome to apply, as well as candidates with prior experience in email marketing.
