We are seeking a skilled and experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our team and play a key role in maximizing the impact of our email marketing efforts. As our Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for utilizing our Klaviyo email system to its full potential, ensuring that our email campaigns are not only effective but also tailored to meet the diverse needs of our audience. Responsibilities: Database Segmentation:Segment our customer database based on product categories, demographics, and other relevant criteria to ensure targeted and personalized communication. Campaign Strategy and Execution:Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and marketing goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and information for creating compelling and relevant content. Personalization:Implement advanced personalization strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive engagement.
Utilize customer data to create dynamic content that resonates with different segments of our audience. Content Creation:Work closely with the creative team to develop visually appealing and compelling email content.
Ensure that content is aligned with brand guidelines and messaging. A/B Testing:Conduct A/B testing on various elements of email campaigns to optimize performance.
Analyze results and iterate on strategies to continuously improve campaign effectiveness. Performance Tracking and Reporting:Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of email campaigns.
Provide regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting areas for improvement and success. Compliance and Best Practices:Stay informed about email marketing best practices and industry regulations.
Ensure that all email campaigns comply with relevant legal requirements, including anti-spam regulations. Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in using email marketing platforms, preferably Klaviyo.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Creativity and attention to detail in content creation.
• Understanding of email marketing best practices, trends, and industry regulations.
