Job Description

:

As a Email Marketing Specialist at Shifttocloud , you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our software solutions. You'll work closely with the product, sales, and design teams to increase brand visibility, drive lead generation, and engage with our target audience through various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms (search engines, social media, email marketing, and display ads).
• Collaborate with product teams to create effective messaging around software features and benefits.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy and refine targeting.
• Create and manage content, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and landing pages, to drive inbound marketing efforts.
• Analyze market trends and user needs to optimize current marketing strategies and innovate new ideas.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business , or a related field.
• Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or B2B email campaigns.
• Analytical mindset and experience with data-driven decision making .
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?250,000.00 - ?662,909.30 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
