Job Summary:

We are seeking detail-oriented and creative individuals to join our team as Email Marketing Specialists . Both full-time and internship roles are available, providing an exciting opportunity to plan, execute, and optimize email campaigns that build brand engagement and drive growth. Candidates familiar with AI tools for email marketing are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Creation & Management: Develop and schedule email marketing campaigns, including understanding copywriting, design selection, and personalization.
• Audience Segmentation: Create targeted email lists to ensure relevant and engaging campaigns for different audience segments.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor key email metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates) and provide insights to improve campaign performance.
• A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, email content, and visual elements to enhance engagement.
• List Management: Regularly update and organize email lists to maintain data integrity and improve segmentation.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degre, Communications, Business, or a related field (or current enrollment for internship candidates).
• Experience: For full-time roles, 2 years of relevant experience in email marketing or digital marketing is required. Internship candidates should have relevant academic or project-based experience.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency with email marketing platforms like MailChimp, MailerLite, or similar.
• Basic copywriting and design skills to create engaging and visually appealing email content.
• Familiarity with AI tools for personalization, automation, or A/B testing in email marketing and lead generation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for data tracking and reporting.

Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We're looking for candidates with a solid understanding of email marketing and an interest in AI-driven strategies. Full-time candidates should have foundational experience, while interns should demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow in digital marketing.
