The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of email marketing best practices and proven experience with email marketing automation platforms.Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement the email marketing strategy.
• Segment the email list to target specific professional groups effectively.
• Design and optimize email campaigns for engagement optimization and conversion maximization.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and make necessary strategic adjustments.
• Monitor and enhance email deliverability rates.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing laws and regulations, such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
• Oversee sender reputation management and monitor blacklists.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email marketing campaigns with the overall marketing strategy.
• Implement and maintain DKIM, SPF, and DMARC records for domain authentication.
• Stay abreast of the latest email marketing trends and best practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in email marketing in a SaaS environment (Preferable).
• Demonstrated expertise in email marketing, preferably in a B2C environment.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, and Marketo.
• Strong analytical skills for tracking and measuring campaign performance.
• Expertise in email deliverability and anti-spam measures.
• Familiarity with email authentication protocols and tools.
• Comprehensive understanding of ISP and email client filtering mechanisms.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative and strategic mindset.
