Email Marketing Intern - Lead Generation

Position Overview: We are offering an Email Marketing Executive opportunity for a dynamic and driven individual to join our marketing team. The primary objective of this role is to assist in generating leads through strategic email campaigns targeting both domestic and international markets...

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation for domestic and international markets.
• Assist in crafting persuasive email content, encompassing captivating copy writing and visually appealing elements, to engage recipients and stimulate conversions.
• Participate in segmenting email lists based on relevant criteria, ensuring precision in targeted and personalized messaging.
• Contribute to the design and execution of A/B tests, refining email subject lines, content, and layouts for enhanced campaign performance.
• Monitor and analyze critical metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to gauge the efficacy of email campaigns.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations, leveraging analyses to refine and enhance future email marketing strategies.
• Stay current with industry best practices and evolving email marketing trends to consistently elevate our approach.
• Collaborate effectively across departments to align email marketing endeavors with broader marketing initiatives.
• Assist in curating and maintaining the email marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns are scheduled for timely delivery.

Qualifications:

• Min 6 months Experience is must
• Currently A diploma pass out or Cleared a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Demonstrable written communication skills with impeccable attention to grammar, spelling, and messaging.
• Familiarity with email marketing concepts and principles is advantageous.
• Innate Creativity with the ability to devise engaging content ideas that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Analytical mindset with an enthusiasm for interpreting data to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Basic proficiency in using G-mail or outlook for bulk email marketing is a plus.
• Methodical and organized approach, adept at managing multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and a positive work ethic.
• Self-motivated and eager to cultivate expertise in email marketing and lead generation.
