Position: Email Marketing Intern
Location: Indore (Work from Office)

About Us:
We're looking for a passionate and driven Email Marketing Intern to join our team and help us craft meaningful connections with our audience through impactful email campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, creating, and executing email marketing campaigns.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and CTAs to optimize campaign performance.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce engaging email templates.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversions).
• Maintain and update email lists and subscriber data to ensure accuracy and compliance with GDPR or similar regulations.
• Research industry trends and competitor strategies to enhance our email marketing efforts.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve overall email marketing strategy.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo).
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar tools is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for learning and improving.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus

• Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
