Position: Email Marketing Specialist
Location: Dwarka Sector 7
Experience Required: 6 months - 1 year
Reports to: Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote products, services, and content.
• Create compelling email content, including subject lines, body copy, and calls-to-action.
• Design and format emails using email marketing software and templates.
• Segment email lists based on demographics, behaviors, and other criteria to ensure targeted messaging.
• Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize email content and design for better performance.
• Ensure emails comply with industry policies and best practices (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to create visually appealing and effective email campaigns.
• Maintain and update the email database, ensuring data accuracy and cleanliness.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in email marketing.

Requirements:

• 6 months - 1 year of experience in email marketing or a related field.
• Proficiency with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot).
• Strong understanding of email marketing concepts, metrics, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design is a plus.
• Analytical skills to interpret email marketing data and derive actionable insights.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ?5,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month
