Monk Travel Tech Private limited is hiring for Email Marketing Executive . The Email Marketing Executive plays a crucial role in driving customer engagement and retention through targeted email campaigns. The Email Marketing Executive will collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure that email campaigns align with overall brand strategies and contribute to the growth of the customer base.

Key Responsibilities: -

-Develop and execute email marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.

-Segment the email list and tailor content to specific customer segments.-Optimize email campaigns through A/B testing and data analysis.

-Create engaging and compelling email copy and visual content.

-Manage the email marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.

-Monitor and report on email campaign performance metrics.

-Collaborate with the design and content teams to create impactful email templates.

-Should have experience in running UK based email marketing campaigns.

-Stay updated on email marketing best practices and industry trends.

-Implement and manage email marketing automation workflows.

-Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices.

-Conduct audience research and analysis to improve targeting and personalization.

-Contribute to the overall marketing strategy and planning.

-Coordinate email campaigns with other marketing channels for consistent messaging.

-Assist in growing the email subscriber list through innovative strategies.

-Monitor competitor email marketing activities and identify opportunities for differentiation.

Required Qualifications: -

-Proven experience in email marketing and CRM platforms.

-Demonstrable proficiency in email marketing tools.

-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make strategic decisions.

-Excellent copywriting and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.

-Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.

-Familiarity with HTML and CSS for email template customization.

-Knowledge of email marketing regulations, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR.

-Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

-Understanding of customer segmentation and targeting strategies.

-Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM systems.

-Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

-Creative mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.

-Strong project management and organizational skills.

-Up-to-date knowledge of email marketing best practices and industry trends.
