Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
• Create engaging and persuasive email content, including subject lines, copy, and calls-to-action.
• Design and implement visually appealing email templates using email marketing tools.
• Segment email lists to target specific audiences and optimize campaign performance.
• Monitor and analyze campaign metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve email performance and effectiveness.
• Maintain and manage the email marketing calendar to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in email marketing.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in email marketing or a related role.
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, SendGrid, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills and experience with email marketing metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
